Never Put To Shame by God

“See, I lay a stone in Zion, a chosen and precious cornerstone, and the one who trusts in Him will never be put to shame.” Isaiah 28:16

This is an amazing promise we received from God. That if we are courageous enough to put our trust in Jesus Christ we will “never be put to shame”. So why as Christians do we struggle in believing that promise? Why do we continue to buy into the lie that God is against us and not for us?

In the coming days I will be writing about what I refer to as the Christian Shame Cycle. It is a cycle that separates us from God and leaves us feeling spiritually dry and unloved. I hope you will join me in this important discussion that I believe is not getting airtime in our churches.
